I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I have a BA(hons) degree in Therapeutic Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I have supported many clients from a variety of diverse backgrounds. My experience ranges from supporting people with depression, anxiety, stress management, relationships issues, through to processing past trauma.
In addition to this I have experience in supporting anyone who has been affected by cancer and bereavement.
Cancer does not just affect the person living with the diagnosis, cancer has a ripple effect, touching family & friends, future plans, work, identity, self worth and loss of independence.
I have completed bereavement training and supported many people, navigating through their painful grief. Bereavement training enables me to support individuals with various experiences of grief and loss such as; loss of loved ones, loss of pets, loss of job, loss of confidence, loss of relationships.
